This year’s Winterfest event is scheduled for January 20th – only three months away! However, if you are want to be a vendor at WinterFest 2018 its not too early to begin planning. Remember, the early bird gets the worm.

Below are copies of our WinterFest 2018 vendor application form and hold harmless agreement. You’ll note that we’ve listened to our vendors and have increased our space sizes to 8’x12′ and 10’x10′ (approximately 100 square feet). The price of vendor spaces remain the same as last year.

Please note that there are deadlines for submitting vendor applications. Early fee: $40 per space through December 11, 2017. Late fee: $50 per space December 12, 2017 through January 5, 2018.

Please return vendor applications and fee as soon as possible to secure your space. We will make every attempt to support your needs and requests.
